BUENOS AIRES, October 2, 2026 — Media Party, the most relevant media innovation gathering in the region, announces the opening of its call for entries for the Media Feria, one of the main activities that will kick off the event on October 29, 2026.
Conceived as an inspiring journey in a “science fair” format, the Media Feria is the ideal space for creators, development teams, and entrepreneurs to present their prototypes, services, tools, and innovative media projects to a global community of experts.
What’s new in the 2026 edition
This year, the call expands its horizons and makes a special appeal to scientific projects and paper authors working at the intersection of:
- Content and Culture: projects that explore new ways of narrating and producing journalistic content, from multimedia and interactive formats to proposals that intersect journalism with culture and communities.
- Data Science and Visualization: research and tools that use data to tell stories and explain social phenomena, as well as visualizations that make complex information accessible to audiences.
- Artificial Intelligence: developments that apply AI to the production, verification, distribution, or analysis of news, in line with the core theme of this edition: telling stories in the era of agents without relinquishing human editorial judgment.
- Social innovation for access to information: initiatives that bring quality information closer to communities with less access, combat disinformation, or strengthen the bond between media outlets and their audiences.
The goal is to give visibility to tools and research oriented toward understanding social phenomena and improving the way society stays informed.
